Sindh minister visits ailing journalist
SUKKUR: The Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh for Information, Maula Bakhsh Chandio, has said he has been striving hard for resolving the problems of journalist community after being given the portfolio of information ministry and he will leave no stone unturned in playing a positive and pivotal role for the welfare of the community.
He was talking to renowned senior ailing journalist Parwano Bhatti in a phone call, which he made to inquire about his health.On the directives of Provincial Adviser to CM for Information, Divisional Director Information, Hyderabad, Khurshid Ali Sheikh, presented Rs50,000 and a bouquet to Parwano Bhatti and also prayed for his health.
Bhatti expressed his gratitude and lauded the step of the Sindh Information department and the adviser. He said such an act proved the information department was aware of the problems of the journalist community.
