Shahab XI chased down the revised target of 320 runs in 46 overs. Opener Fakhar Zaman scored 109 runs off 82 balls with four sixes and 10 fours while former captain Sarfraz Ahmed scored 58* (retired out).
For Babar XI, pacer Haris Rauf bagged 2/58 while left-arm wrist spinner Faisal Akram took 2/56.
Babar XI scored 289 runs for the loss of seven wickets after they were asked to bat first by Shadab.
