An agreement has been signed between University of London and Education Department Punjab for providing training to teachers of the province. According to a handout issued here on Saturday, the Punjab Minister for Education and the Vice Chancellor University of London signed the agreement in the office of the university. Under the agreement, University of London will send its experts for providing training to the teachers while a programme has been prepared for a visit of delegation of teachers of Punjab to University of London. Punjab Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan said education reforms would become more effective and accelerated with the implementation of the training programme for teachers. He said on instructions of the Punjab chief minister, the agreement had been signed with University of London and he was very enthusiastic about implementation of the agreement.
