Security reviewed

LAHORE
The Cabinet Committee on Law and Order reviewed security arrangements for Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA), local government elections and Urs of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh.
A meeting of the Cabinet Committee was held at Civil Secretariat here on Wednesday. The committee ordered relevantdepartment officials to keep security tight throughout the province besides issuing necessary directions regarding law and order. Taking notice of the reports of security threats to media houses, the committee also directed that all possible steps be taken to ensure security for media houses.
