CDA School holds sports gala

The Mega Sports Gala of CDA Model School was held at Islamabad Sports Complex.
Asif Javaid Shahjahan, secretary of the CDA Board, graced the occasion as chief guest. He was warmly welcomed by students and staff led by the principal.
The ceremony started with colourful and musical physical display by students of junior and senior sections.
March-past parade of all houses were presented along with their respective house mistresses. First, different events of junior houses, Iqbal House and Jinnah House, were held. Children enjoyed participating in relay race, musical chair and hurdle race. Later, three legged and relay race of senior houses, Razia Sultana and Noor Jahan houses, were held.
Asif Javaid Shahjahan, while speaking on the occasion, admired the discipline of the institution and the efforts of the children and teachers regarding theirsport activities. He also congratulated all the winning participants.
In the end, Principal Ms Tehseen Farah briefly talked about extracurricular activities in the institution.
