DHA destroys Sheesha powder, 800 hookahs

DHA officials disposed of the goods seized from different Sheesha cafes during raids, said a statement on Friday.
A ceremony was held at a club in the DHA vicinity, where 800 hookahs, Sheesha powder, flavours and other material were burnt. DHA Administrator Brig Zubair Ahmed was the chief guest at the ceremony who said a number of Sheesha bars had cropped up in the metropolis, which were injurious to consumers. He said the raids were conducted following the directions of the Supreme Court.
