HAFIZABAD: A student was killed when a speeding truck hit him at Sukheke Mandi, Hafizabad on Monday.
Zeshan, Farhan and Umair Masih were heading school on a motorbike, when they reached near Saim Nalluha a speeding truck hit them, leaving Zeeshan dead on the spot.
Farhan and Umair sustained critical injuries and were rushed to hospital where Umair was stated in a critical condition.

VALUABLES TAKEN AWAY: Locals were deprived of valuables on Monday.
Three robbers entered the house of Syed Ibrar Shah at Sharifpura locality and took away 11 tola gold, a pistol and Rs 300,000.
Thieves entered a shop named Mubashar Karyana situated at Pir Kale Shah, Hafizabad and took away valuables worth Rs 70,000.
