4 criminals killed in encounter

FAISALABAD: Four criminals, including two accused of murdering a five-year-old boy after sexually assaulting him, were killed in an encounter on Wednesday night. According to Civil Lines police, two accused - Umair and Ghulam Abbas sexually abused and killed Ali of Rafique Colony some days ago. The police arrested both the outlaws and went for recovery of weapon. When the team reached near Dera Sain graveyard, at least seven armed men opened fire on the police, which was retaliated by them. As a result, four outlaws, Umair, Ghulam Abbas, Shahbaz and Umar, were killed on the spot.
