House of killer torched in Orakzai

HANGU: The Qaumi Lashkar or tribal militia on Saturday set on blaze the house of an alleged killer in Chappar Mushti in Central Orakzai on Saturday.

The Orakzai police said that Faziur Rahman, a personnel of FC, was killed on Mach 22 last in Ustarzai area. Ajab Noor, the father of slain personnel, they said nominated one of his friends Ishaq in the murder case. The police later arrested the accused after registering a case again him. However, the father of slain personnel requested the Jirga in Mushti Mela to take action against the accused.

A tribal lashkar comprising over 550 people attacked the eight-room house of the accused and set it on fire along with all the households Chappar Mushti. District Police Officer Nisar Ahmad Khan has said that stern action would be taken against all the Jirga members and the attackers who set ablaze the house.
