LNH offers free lab sample collection, medication delivery services
In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Liaquat National Hospital (LNH) has introduced two new home services – laboratory sample collection from one’s home without any additional charges and medicines delivery without any additional or extra charges -- to ensure hassle-free care for those in need.
Giving details of the services, LNH spokesperson Anjum Rizvi said that since there has been a lockdown announced by the Sindh government and people are advised to stay in their homes for their safety, the LNH wants to ensure that no one suffers at the cost of their health.
“The Free Laboratory Sampling service allows people to give their test sample from their homes, with no additional charges,” said Anjum Rizvi. “A team from the LNH is sent to collect samples,” he added. The service can be availed by calling 0336-2847412 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.
The Home Medication Delivery service, without any extra or additional charges, is available for those who want their medicines delivered at their doorsteps, said Anjum Rizvi.
People can send their prescriptions on LNH’s WhatsApp number 0300-0458646 or call 021 - 3441-2658 for queries. According to Anjum Rizvi, the service is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Orders that are given before noon will be delivered the same day.
