Butcher held for selling unhygienic meat

NANKANA SAHIB: A team led by a district livestock officer detained a butcher who was selling unhygienic meat at City Nankana on Thursday.
Reportedly, the livestock officer Dr Asif Hamayun raided and detained butcher Yasir and recovered 80 kg unhygienic meat from him.
TWO POS HELD: Mandi Faizabad police Thursday claimed arresting two proclaimed offenders (POs).
POs Azam and Irfan had killed Waris Ali over a land dispute in 2011 and went abroad to avoid arrest.
On a tip-off, the police came to know that both the brothers had come back and arrested them from the area of Kot Radakishan.
INJURED IN ACCIDENT: Two people suffered injuries in a road accident near Shahkot on Thursday.
Amir and Salar were riding a motorcycle, when a truck hit them, leaving them injured critically.
