100-kanal state land retrieved
LAHORE:Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE), Punjab, Lahore Region-B, has retrieved 100-kanal state land worth Rs5 billion from illegal occupants.
According to Regional Director (RD) ACE Punjab, Lahore Region-B, an operation was conducted against illegal occupants in Kot Radha Kishan and 100-kanal land was retrieved that was under illegal possession of a factory. He said the land valued more than Rs500 million. The land has been handed over to district administration on the occasion.
The ACE regional director said that FIR would be lodged against the factory CEO Ahmad Sheikh. The Anti-Corruption Establishment DG said that struggle against land mafia and for corruption-free Punjab would be continued. He advised ACE officers to do probe without any fear, favour or pressure and utilise all their abilities and professional skills to transform Pakistan into a strong, prosperous and corruption-free country.
