Virtual University of Pakistan has extended the deadline for its video competition till September 20, 2015.
A Virtual University (VU) spokesperson said the extension would allow more interested students, from all regions and backgrounds in Pakistan, to showcase their creative work in form of recorded videos. Aiming at education as well as entertainment, the competition would be dedicated to promote creativity, a sense of competition and learning among students. A cash reward of Rs 100,000, Rs 75,000 and Rs 50,000 will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd position holders respectively along with certificates. The spokesperson also said other than that the prize winners and top qualifying videos would be shown on television channels of the Virtual University.
