If the PTI government cannot widen the Islamabad Expressway, fill in the potholes or level the road where the asphalt has been pushed up, then can it at least penalize those fools who insist on driving in slow moving traffic with their vehicle lights on high beam?
When one is driving back from work in the evening, one's energy level is low. It is an added aggravation when you have to put up with blinding lights. Why can't the Islamabad Traffic Police start fining people so that they don't drive with the high beam on? Or is it beyond the ability of the PTI government to instruct the Islamabad Traffic Police to do so?
