There are a few federal and provincial level organizations where one can find increasing anger, resentment and fear among regular employees. It is noticed that a lot of damage has been done to the regular employees in those organizations which are being run without following the Employees Service Rules. The regular employees feel humiliated. Those who ask for Employees Service Rules are often targets for bullying and discrimination which adversely impacts their mental health.
Is it not the duty and obligation of those persons who are placed in authority positions in various public sector organizations to protect and advance the rights of their subordinate employees?
