Talent hunt

Like many other public-sector organizations, there is no proper talent hunt for resource persons and visiting faculty members in our educational institutions, training academies and capacity building institutes in this country. Only Family and Friends and Friends of Friends and other relatives are hired which is why there is no visible impact of education, any training or any capacity building activity in this land.

It is always upsetting to hear that people placed in authority positions do not hesitate to lie when they are asked about the talent hunting process or mechanism.
