The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) Chairman Tauseef Hussain Farooqi visited the head office of the Peshawar Energy Development Organisation (Pedo).
A communiqué stated that the chairman-led a delegation. It comprised of Nepra member from Punjab Saifullah Chatta, Sindh’s Rafique Ahmed Sheikh, Balochistan Rehmatullah Baloch and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engr Bahadur Shah.
Pedo Chief Executive Engr Zahid Akhtar Abbasi and Additional Secretary Zafar Islam Khattak briefed the delegation about the ongoing energy projects in the province.
The Nepra chairman assured that he would take up the issues being faced by the Pedo with the heads of the central organisation.
