RIS Edexcel high achievers’ award ceremony

Islamabad :Roots International Schools and Colleges (RIS) students’ scored brilliant result in 2019 Pearson Edexcel examinations. They appeared in Pearson Edexcel primary, lower secondary achievement tests and IGCSEs examinations. To honor the remarkable achievements of students Pearson and British Council of Pakistan organised the Edexcel High Achievers Awards ceremony -2019, says a press release.

Derek Richardson -vice president, General Qualifications Pearson UK and Premila Paulraj -regional director, Asia-Pearson graced the occasion with their presence, also awarded High Achievers. Five students from RIS were given an award, a certificates and a medal each in recognition of their exceptional performance at the Edexcel examinations. Rania Walid received an award for top in province (Science), Bilal Lodhi received an award for top in province (Mathematics), Syede Naad e Ali, Omer Amin and Afnan Zaheer were awarded best performing students. Guest of Honors presented students with these accolades.

He thanked each and every parent for believing on RIS leadership and teaching pedagogy. He emphasised that for us every student is important and it is vital for students of Pakistan to attain education that is par international standards.
