KIBF to return on 5th
The yearly mega book expo, Karachi International Book Fair (KIBF), will be held this year in the city from December 5 to December 9 at the Karachi Expo Centre.
The five-day expo starting Thursday will be the 15th KIBF, in which various publishers and booksellers will feature thousands of books at three halls of the expo centre.
The book fair, which is considered an important yearly cultural and academic event of Karachi, is organised by the Pakistan Publishers and Booksellers Association. It has been the largest book fair of the country since its inception in 2005. According to the managing committee of the event, around 136 leading publishers and booksellers from Pakistan and 40 exhibitors from 17 foreign countries will participate at the KIBF.
