Man booked in murder case

TOBA TEK SINGH: Sadar police on Wednesday booked a man in a murder case.
Riaz, husband of Shahnaz Bibi, in his application said that his wife Shahnaz Bibi allegedly eloped with her paramour accused Manga Masih of Chak 424/JB along with her four-year-old daughter Kainat two days ago. He said that when he followed them, the accused allegedly threw her on a rail track. In the meantime, a train arrived and crushed her to death, he added.
OBITUARY: Darul Aman superintendent Samreen Gul died during delivery of her baby in a local hospital here on Tuesday night.
Scores of people attended her funeral prayers. Later, she was buried in her ancestral graveyard at Rajanpur.
