3 kids die after consuming ‘toxic’ herbs

NOWSHERA: Three children died under mysterious circumstances and the condition of three others was precarious after they reportedly consumed some ‘poisonous’ herbs while playing near a graveyard in Jehangira area in the district. It was learnt that the children were playing near the graveyard when they consumed some toxic herbs and their condition started deteriorating. The children were rushed to a hospital, where three of them identified as Nauman, 5, Salim, 9, and Ismail died. Nadia, 5, Imran and another child whose name could not be known were under treatment at the hospital.
