One-window complaint desk

KARACHI: One-window complaint desk will be established at the Karachi Airport for the facilitation of overseas Pakistanis, Pervez George, spokesperson for the Civil Aviation Authority, said on Friday.
He said that a high-level meeting was held at the Karachi Airport under the supervision of Hafiz Ehsan Ahmad Khokhar, Senior Adviser (Law) Registrar Grievances Commissioner for overseas Pakistanis in which all the agencies working at airport attended the meeting.
It was decided that one-window desk will be established, which will register complaints against all the agencies such as CAA, ASF, PIA and other private airlines working at the airport and facilitate overseas passengers.
