FWMC staffers stage demo

FAISALABAD: Scores of employees of the Faisalabad Waste Management Company on Saturday staged a demonstration against deduction of their salary by the authorities.

The protesters gathered at Chowk Zila Council and chanted slogans in support of their demands,. They said that the sanitation officers of the Waste Management Company were deducting Rs 5,000 per month from their salaries by marking allegedly fake absence' in their duty attendance register. They demanded the authorities take notice of the issue.
