ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday reacted strongly to the government ministers and PTI senior leaders’ criticism declaring him a ‘traitor’ for questioning the government’s intentions to implement the National Action Plan.
In a strong-worded tweet, he said, “WTH is a narrative? Is life now a fascist screenplay where if u don’t follow a script u r declared traitor? Screw u and your narrative, I have an ideology my ideology doesn’t change, your narrative will keep changing. Read, think, speak & ignore fascist trolls who run this country.”
A few days back in his press conference in Islamabad, Bilawal lambasted the government saying that nobody, including the opposition parties, would take the government’s actions under the National Action Plan (NAP) seriously unless three federal ministers were sacked.
“The government will have to sack three federal ministers having links with banned organisations if it wanted to give a message to the world that it is seriously acting against extremism and terrorism,” he said in his press conference on Wednesday. Responding to Bilawal’s criticism, PTI senator Faisal Javed accused him of propagating a negative image of Pakistan and appeasing its enemies.
