Ammunition seized in Bara operation

BARA: The security forces and Khassadar personnel seized a cache of ammunition in Bara tehsil of the Khyber tribal district on Tuesday, official sources said.

On a tip-off, the security personnel conducted an operation in Bar Qambarkhel area. They recovered the ammunition, which had been buried by the militants during the days of militancy.

Two mortars, two anti-aircraft guns, five rifles and a rocket launcher were recovered from under the ground. However, nobody was arrested.
