ISLAMABAD: Board of Investment (BoI) will hold a Pakistan-Malaysia Business Leaders Roundtable tomorrow (Friday), which will be co-chaired by the Prime Ministers of both Pakistan and Malaysia. Both leaders would also oversee the signing of memoranda of understanding in telecommunications, automobile and other sectors, a statement said.
Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) Deputy CEO Mohamad Mustafa Abdul Aziz, along with his delegation called on BoI Chairman Haroon Sharif to discuss the roundtable on Wednesday. BoI secretary and other team members were also present during the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the upcoming visit of Malaysian Prime Minister Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad, along with a delegation comprising representatives from public and private sector of Malaysia.
