The Al-Falah police arrested three suspects during a raid conducted on a tip-off in the Bagh-e-Malir area. Police said Ayaz alias KK, Ahsan alias Gawala and Feroz alias Fauji had been arrested while their four companions, Ovais, Zulqarnain, Mohsin and Asad, managed to escape. Three pistols, 10 snatched cell phones and three snatched motorcycles were recovered from their possession.
According to Al-Falah SHO Ghulam Nabi Afridi, the suspects had robbed a petrol pump near Pehlwan Goth a few days ago. An FIR number 268/19 was registered against them at the Sharea Faisal police station. They were also involved in a petrol pump robbery in Shah Latif, and were wanted by the police in over a dozen crime cases.
