School enrolment drive from 20th

LAHORE :The Punjab government will formally inaugurate “Enrolment and Retention Campaign 2019” on March 20 for which instructions have been communicated to the officials across the province.
The enrolment campaign, which had already been started from March 1, will be formally launched by the chief minister under “Enrolment and Retention Campaign 2019” in the provincial metropolis. The deputy commissioners (DCs) will lead the campaign in their respective districts.
The Punjab government has expressed its commitment to achieve a realistic target of enrolling out-of-school-children aged 5-9 years. It said they would be provided them with quality education and 100 per cent retention would be maintained under the slogan “Apna Muqam Paida Kar.”
