Islamabad: Minister of State for the Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Barrister Usman Ibrahim has taken a serious notice of unauthorised use of the division’s vehicles by the officials not entitled to the facility and asked non-entitled officials to return such vehicles without delay. ‘Unauthorised use of official vehicles is putting extra burden on the consumption of fuel,” the minister said.
In an earlier campaign, the minister got hold of the CADD vehicles, which were used without authorisation. The minister warned of stern action against violators and said austerity must be observed under all circumstances in line with the instructions of the prime minister. He directed all un-entitled officials to return vehicles under their use immediately. The minister asked the relevant authorities to ensure compliance with his orders within seven working days.
