GUJRANWALA: Gujranwala Chamber of Education Schools chairman Ch Muhammad Jameel has demanded the government withdraw tax imposed on signboards and hoardings of private schools.
Addressing a meeting here on Wednesday, he said that tax collectors were allegedly misbehaving with the private schools administrations while demanding tax imposed on signboards. He said that signboards were displayed for noble cause of promoting education and tax should not be imposed on them. He demanded the authorities take notice of the issue.
