It is tragic to hear news about the children dying in Thar. If we were to create a fund where a mere Rs100 were donated by over 10 million people it would generate a huge amount that could be used to feed the undernourished children of Thar. There is no dearth of those who are willing to pay for charity work in the drought-hit area but they are not willing to give their money to the government. I suggest setting up a special fund to be headed by a group of individuals who can use this fund in calamities like the Thar drought. Qaisar Nawaz Gandapur Islamabad
