GUJRANWALA: A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident on Saturday.
Shoaib, 20, and Ali were going on a motorbike, when they reached near Emenabad turn a tractor trolley hit them, leaving Shoaib dead on the spot and Ali injured.
PROTEST AGAINST ROBBERS: Locals of the Muslim Road Saturday staged a protest demonstration against rising incidents of robberies in the Sabzi mandi police area.
The protesters blocked traffic on the road and dispersed when they were assured by the police that robberies would be controlled.
DEMO AGAINST LOADSHEDDING: Citizens Saturday staged a protest demonstration against Gepco at Sheikhupura turn and raised slogans against the Gepco authorities for not lessening loadshedding duration. They also blocked traffic for some time.
