Two kiln workers killed, owner injured in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA: Two kiln workers were killed and the owner was injured by the firing of unidentified motorcyclists on Trigri Road in Cantonment police limits on Saturday.
The assailants came to the brick kiln of Khurram and opened indiscriminate firing. As a result, workers Afzal and Inayat were killed on the spot while the kiln owner was injured seriously. According to police, the incident was an outcome of an old enmity. Police have started investigation.
WOMAN TORTURED: A woman was tortured by her in-laws over a domestic dispute at Dhakki Wakilwala village on Saturday.
Muqaddas Bibi was allegedly tortured by her in-laws. The accused also shaved the head of Muqaddas Bibi. Aroop police are investigating.
GIRL RAPED: A minor girl was raped at Masana Virkan village on Saturday.
Inayatullah allegedly raped the daughter of Arshad. Noshera Virkan police have registered a case and started investigation.
