MML candidate arrested for fraud

MANSEHRA: The police arrested Milli Muslim League (MML) contender for NA-14 in a case of fraud in Oghi on Tuesday.
A police party arrested Aqeel Khan when he was present in a street in Oghi in connection with his election campaign and shifted him to police station.
According to police, the accused was an absconder in a case of fraud lodged with Tarnol Police Station in the federal capital.
Mohammad Sajid, the SHO of Oghi Police Station, told reporters that the suspect was involved in a fraud of selling and buying vehicles and wanted by the Islamabad police under section 420 and 468 of the Criminal Procedure Code since 2014.
He said the suspect would be handed over to federal police on completion of legal formalities here.
