LAHORE: Gifts and sweets were distributed among the patients of Lahore General Hospital on Eid day.
Post Graduate Medical Institute Principal Prof Agha Shabeer Ali, Medical Superintendent of Lahore General Hospital Dr Mahmood Salah Uddin and Director Punjab Institute of Neuro Sciences Prof Rizwan Masood Butt participated in the gift distribution ceremony.
Principal PGMI Prof Agha Shabeer Ali said: “On the august occasion of Eid it is our collective responsibility to remember patients under treatment in hospitals.” He took round of different wards and enquired about their health. He prayed for their early recovery and wished them best of luck. Prof Agha Shabeer Ali said during Eid holidays doctors, nurses and paramedical staff set an example by remaining on duty.
He hoped the administration of Lahore General Hospital would continue efforts to work with same zeal and fervour. Medical Superintendent of Lahore General Hospital Dr Mahmood Salah Uddin thanked and congratulated doctors and medical staff.
