Islamabad: The National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage, popularly known as Lok Virsa, will hold a literary session, Muzakra, tomorrow (Friday) on the benefits and learning of age-old value support system in rural Punjab.
According to the organisers, Dr Hafeezul Rehman, former chairman of the Anthropology Department at the Quaid-i-Azam University, and Dr. Majid Khan, a noted social scientist, will tell the audience about the traditional value support system in rural Punjab and why it has gradually become ineffective.
They will also highlight other aspects of the subject. The session will be attended by social sciences and anthropology students and researchers.
