Islamabad: If you plan outdoor recreation in Islamabad or Rawalpindi this weekend, you may rest assured that the weather will be pleasant though temperatures are gradually increasing.
The reason is that there is a good chance of rain falling in the twin cities and adjoining areas on Saturday and Sunday. According to an official of the Pakistan Metrological Department, a fresh westerly wave is likely to affect western and upper parts of the country from Saturday onward and thus, causing thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds.
