Man dies, another hurt in accident

TOBA TEK SINGH: A man died while another injured in an accident near Chak 279/JB Darapur on Tuesday.
Imran and Irshad were on their way home from Painsara when a car hit their bike on Gojra-Faisalabad Road. As a result, Imran died on the spot while Irshad sustained injuries and shifted to a hospital.
‘TERRORISM DESTROYED COUNTRY’: PPP leader and Peoples Business Forum coordinator Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig has said that corruption and terrorism have destroyed the country.
Addressing a gathering of the PPP activists at the residence of PPP leader Mian Mahmood at Pirmahal on Tuesday, he said that Pakistan was created as a result of struggle of poor people and minorities but elite class occupied all resources due to which lower classes of the society and minorities had been deprived of their rights. PPP City president Sheikh Akram and Peoples Labour Bureau Faisalabad Division secretary information Tahir Ali also spoke.
