LCWU seminar
LAHORE: A three-day international seminar on physics was held at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) under the supervision of Prof Dr Rehana Zia, Head of the Department of Physics.
The aim of the event was to provide a platform for the students to interact with the leading scientists, scholars, researchers and engineers from academia. The seminar was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor, LCWU, Prof Dr Uzma Qureshi. Eminent Physicist of Pakistan Dr Samar Mubarakmand delivered a lecture and participated in the seminar as special guest, according to a press release issued here on Sunday. He remarked that the seminar has provided an opportunity to the students of LCWU to exchange views with the veteran physicists. Prominent Physicists of Pakistan addressed the students and participants of the seminar.
