Harassment woes
Cases involving the harassment of women in our society are increasing at a rapid pace. This is why men in our society enjoy unparalleled protection and can get away with such offences. While some incidents are reported, many cases remain behind the picture. Harassment at different workplaces is also a common problem, which is faced by a lot of women. Working women are harassed by either their bosses or men colleagues. But this is not the only side of the story. In some cases, false accusations are made to degrade the image of a famous personality.
The new case that has recently surfaced in the media relates to the allegations made by Meesha Shafi against eminent actor and singer Ali Zafar. However, he has categorically denied the accusation and vows to knock the door of courts for the justice. The need of the hour is to make sure that the truth prevails.
