Terrorism plan foiled in Sheikhupura

LAHORE: CTD Team has claimed to have foiled a terrorism plan in Sheikhupura by arresting three terrorists belonging to the banned TTP. At about 12.20 pm Monday, a source informed that three terrorists of the TTP, with explosives were present near railway crossing Nabipura, Sheikhupura. After receiving information, CTD personnel reached the place and arrested three terrorists namely Umar Ali alias Mufti, Muhammad Farhan alias Hafiz and Amir Raza. They were on their way to attack personnel and office of a law-enforcement agency. Explosives to make IEDs were recovered from their possession including detonators and prima cord. A case has been registered in this connection.
