Discrimination at Nadra

March 21, 2018

I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the serious problems that people face at Nadra centres, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The uncooperative and unfair behaviour of Nadra’s staff is highly condemnable. There are no facilities for the aged or disabled. Those who are known to the staff members are given preference, whereas those who don’t are kept waiting for more than eight hours to be provided only an entry token. There are no proper arrangements, neither is the queue in order.

The clerks pay no attention to the poor, aged or the disabled. Even the security guards at Nadra centres misuse their authority and have out-of-turn work done for those known to them. In a nutshell, nepotism and favouritism are rampant at all Nadra centres. It is requested hereby that the authorities concerned and the incumbent ministry takes notice of this behaviour.
