Man kills nephew over marriage issue
BUREWALA: A man Monday killed his nephew and injured his son over an issue of second marriage at Chak 495/EB. According to Fateh Shah police, M Akbar Khan last night reportedly over a second marriage issue injured his son Nasarullah and nephew M Asif with a dagger. The injured were shifted to THQ Hospital, Burewala where Asif died and his son was referred to Nishtar Hospital, Multan, in a critical condition.
Two students die in road accidents: Two students died in separate road accidents on Monday. A female student of grade 10 of Chak 519/EB was heading home with her brother on a motorcycle after attempting her paper, when they reached near vegetable market a speeding truck hit them on Multan Road, leaving the girl dead on the spot and wounding her brother critically. He was shifted to THQ Hospital, Burewala. M Danish of Chak 323/EB, student of Government High School Chak 327/EB Burewala, was going to his school with his brother on a motorcycle on Luddan Road when another motorcycle hit them, leaving Danish injured critically and he died on the way to THQ Hospital.
