Will drag Sana by his moustache to jail: Imran
FAISALABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said Abid Sher Ali is a stooge of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif and that he will drag Rana Sanaullah to jail, holding his moustaches.
Addressing the party workers here on Sunday, he said the plunderers of the national wealth would be washed out of politics in the 2018 general elections. The PTI, after emerging victorious in the general elections, would convert Pakistan into a welfare state as per the wish of the Quaid-i-Azam and the rich and the poor would enjoy equal rights. Unfortunately, feudal lords and capitalists had been in power since the inception of Pakistan and minting huge money. In a developing country like Pakistan, if its prime minister abused his powers and amassed wealth and transferred Rs300 billion to a foreign country, how the country could flourish, he questioned.
He claimed the KP Police were the best and better than even the European Police. He said that after assuming power in 2018, the PTI would introduce the KP Police pattern in Punjab and Sindh. He lashed out at Rana Sanaullah and Abid Sher Ali and said that after gaining power, the PTI government would send both to the Adiala Jail.
Earlier, talking to the media, he said former prime minister Nawaz Sharif could not tolerate a neutral umpire as he was in the habit of usurping power with the help of the establishment. He said the judiciary and the army were neutral in the ongoing political scenario, but Nawaz Sharif was maligning them for his ulterior motives. Regarding the election of the Senate chairman and deputy chairman, he opined that the chairman should be from Balochistan and the vice chairman from Fata to end the sense of deprivation in smaller provinces and strengthen the Federation.
