RMS celebrates Edexcel high achievers ceremony
Islamabad : A high achievers ceremony 2018 for Edexcel Examination of Roots Millennium Schools (RMS) held at Convention Centre on Saturday, says a press release.
Students of RMS achieved total of thousands of Edexcel medals with distinctions across the country. Shinning Millennials with outstanding performance at national level are Ramal Ali Cheema (top in country – Primary Mathematics), Jawad Shahid (top in country - Mathematics), Maham Faisal (top in country – Primary Science), Alina Fujiura (top in province – Primary Science), Zahra Mausad Khan (top in province – Primary Mathematics), Meerab Rizwan (top in province –Primary mathematics), Muhamood Alim (top in province – Primary English and Science), Abdul Rehman Qureshi (top in province – Primary Science) and Farooq Ahmad Qureshi (top in province – Primary Science) beside many others. Millennials several gold medals achieved this years.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb was the chief guest. Other guests of honors included Ambassador of Portugal Joao Sabido Costa, Pakistan former high commissioner to Malaysia Syed Hasan Raza, Defence Attache of the Embassy of Ukraine, Dr. Junaid Zaidi, rector Comsats, Founder and CEO Millennium Roots Schools Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq, Chief Teaching and Learning Officer RMS Steve Ryan, Executive Director Anna Faisal and Director Academics Erum Atif.
Marriyum Aurangzeb acknowledged the services of RMS in the field of education and urged the students to continue working hard and succeeding for themselves and the country. She expressed his pleasure to see and meet students with high academic profile. She also shared her views that education is a great weapon we should equip our children with. She gave certificates to award achievers and congratulated them.
Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq TI, chief executive of RMS & Department of Qualification, Curriculum and Assessment took the opportunity to express his thoughts on the impressive achievements and congratulated the top-scorers.
RMS Chief Teaching and Learning Officer Steve Ryan also highlighted on the new trends in education and how RMS will be offering all opportunities to young Millennials.
Throughout the day teachers and parent cherished and enjoyed success of their children it was their day. Teachers are unsung heroes behind each and every medal.
They were the nation builders and RMS always keep them at priority and also appreciated their efforts. RMS marked this day for students and the brilliance of the students was appreciated & acknowledged at national and international level.
