Three students arrested after scuffle with police

PESHAWAR: The police arrested three students after they scuffled with a policeman at the University of Peshawar campus over stopping their car.

An official said that the police stopped a car (AEY-066) with tinted glasses. The passengers of the car, however, started arguments and then scuffled with the police, injuring Constable Izzat Khan.

Officials said three of the passengers, who are said to be students of the university, were arrested and a case lodged against them.
