Bilour wants attitude towards Pakhtuns changed

KHAR: Awami National Party senior leader Ghulam Ahmad Bilour on Sunday visited the residence of party leader, Syed Azeem, and offered condolence to the bereaved family.

Talking to reporters who were present there, the senior ANP leader, who is the party Member National Assembly, said late Syed Azeem Khan was a sincere worker and his services to the party would always be remembered.

Ghulam Ahmad Bilour expressed grief at the killing of Naqibullah Mahsud, Ahmad Shah, Ihsanuddin and Syed Azeem.

Talking of the killings of the youth in Karachi, the ANP leader said such acts put a question mark on the performance of the state institutions.

He said Pakhtuns went to other parts of the country to earn a living or seek education, adding it was deplorable when their bodies were received at their hometowns.

The senior ANP leader said the state institutions should take notice of the situation as such an attitude to Pakhtuns was not in the interest of the country and the federation.
