ANP leader stresses Pakhtun unity for rights
BANNU: The Awami National Party senior leader Senator Baz Muhammad Khan said on Sunday Pakhtuns would have to unite to put an end to their exploitation.
He was speaking at a function arranged to mark the opening of the party election office in PK-71 in Domail Tehsil of the Bannu district. The ANP Bannu district president, Abdul Samad Khan, and others were present on the occasion and spoke on the occasion.
Senator Baz Muhammad Khan, who is a member of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, said the ANP always called for protecting rights of the Pakhtuns of Pakistan and Afghanistan. “We have offered sacrifices and waged a war because of which we are being killed. It is time for us to know our real enemy,” he said insisting that Pakhtuns were not terrorists.
Senator Baz Muhammad Khan said, “Pakistan is our homeland and we want rights in our homeland like brothers.”
