Promote sports
February 25, 2018
In the past, Pakistan had a rich culture of sports. Pakistani players were at top of almost every game. At present, the sports industry of the country is in decline. Except for cricket, all other games are facing severe problems, including, but not limited to, less budget and poor level of infrastructure.
The country’s younger generation is talented, but there are not enough opportunities for young players to show their skills at the international level. Those people who get an opportunity to play at the international level never get the government’s support. The authorities concerned must take notice of this issue and take measures to promote sports in our country.
