The wind of change
While many political analysts will disagree with the Pakitan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) politics, there are many positive aspects that should be brought into the limelight. The current political setup needs a party like the PTI which can challenge the status quo. While disagreeing on many stances with the PTI, people got to give them the credit for heavily criticising corrupt politicians and bringing them to book. What would have been the country’s affairs, had Imran Khan not pursed his political career?
Imran Khan, with his presence in the political arena, put both the federal and provincial governments on their toes. Even if Imran Khan does not become prime minister in 2018, we surely need someone like him to be part of Pakistan’s politics to comment on the performance of the ruling party.
